Some administrative issues lie ahead before the contracts can be signed. We are happy to support you and explain the procedures to you.

Support – our services:

• we conduct a legal and compliance check
• we elicit information and signatures
• we ensure financial and ethical compliance and initiate the kick-off meeting between you and the financial department

Procedures – your administrative tasks:

• you  send us your completed Self-Declaration Form (links on the right side)
• you complete the external pageFCOI tutorialcall_made and send us the FCOI Certificate issued after completion
• you are aware of the internal regulations (link on the right side)
  

Please note that the procedure applies for annual renewals for the duration of the grant.
