• a consortium of at least three independent legal entities from three different EU Member States or Associated Countries (ACs), with at least one established in an EU Member State. Switzerland counts as Associated Country since 1. January 2025

Duration is often between 3 and 4 years. Funding amount varies and is outlined in the call. In general, the funding shall be in accordance with the project costs.

Support - our services:

• we offer personal meetings to discuss topic, procedure, structure, formalities, ethics
• we offer helpful information regarding all administrative requirements for participation in the proposal or even coordination
• we offer legal contractual support

Procedure - your administrative tasks:

• you make sure that the minimum requirement for a consortium are fulfilled (at least 3 legal entities from 3 different EU Members State or Associated Countries, with at least one from an EU Member State)
• you inform the coordinator to include the  Swiss partner as beneficiary and your budget in the proposal and the Tender and Opportunity Portal
• you use the corresponding budget calculator to estimate your budget
• you make sure to answer or forward additional requests from the Coordinating Institution
